My company scans and analyzes thousands of properties a day and I can say there are definitely better markets than others!

If you have multiple properties i would recomend having at least 5-10k per door in cash, or in easily accessible funds at least.What are your thoughts?

My managment company has made more than a reasonable amount of attempts to get the HOA to have this repaired. 

I am in it and feel it is worth it as they have groups all over the country who, with experience transaction coordinators and funding groups, and even closers to help you along the way.

My number 1 client who loves me the most, what they do is find undervalue property, purchase it at a steep discount with 10% down bridge funding.

You have to have confidence and the Sponsor needs to build a relationship with you if he wants to be sure you have some insights into the risks of the types of deals you would be funding. 

This will allow you to enter the market earlier with funds saved up.

ALE solutions, united corporate housing and alacrity are large companies in the insurance relocation space, and it is useful to go to their site and let them know you exist.
