Right now the market isn’t that great but I could see us looking to purchase a multifamily duplex however, in the current market, I’m finding it difficult to be able to have one tenant cover the cost for that property to break even.

I think this is doable with my midwest market, but difficult with current borrowing rates.

Getting cash flow is much more difficult today, especially when putting around 5% down.

The moral of the story here is that vacancy is so low right now, especially in Tampa, that it is very difficult to get flexibility with your lease.

It's pretty difficult to get an investment mortgage at the moment. 

My only complaint is communication, it can be difficult to get answers from office staff.

Like anything, the start is the most difficult steps in any process.

Here in WA I bought basically the cheapest 3/2 there was, I’m beginning to wonder if the price of houses here makes it that much more difficult to get into another one.
