As a group I think we could brain storm goals.

I would love to take an experienced investor our to lunch or coffee to pick their brain on strategies, figuring out the best way to start and find my first deal and what markets to focus on.  

I am looking to pick some people's brain that are crushing the wholetailing business. 

Something ran across my brain the other day about corporate housing.

Just to pick your brain a little more if possible, how would I find the fixed cost for my area (insurance, closing cost,commission,inspection fees etc..) would you recommend the same apps or something else?
