I feel there are tricks on this, even though I think naively it's all black and white business.

The one with particularly ugly brick(black, oranges, yellows) I matched the brick to Behr Pumpkin Butter and painted the wall around the fireplace as an accent and painted the rough cedar mantel something different, lighter creamy yellow.

Black mold which is more than probable in most situations with severe water damage will require substantial amounts of gutting and sanitation.

The carpet has to be replaced because it is black with stains.  

For our wholesale deal, we made a flyer with a black sharpie and copied it on yellow paper.

No clear black and white answer to this one though.

this is my dilemma I just had a tenant of two years who recently moved out on doing the move out inspection I saw that the carpeting which was installed just prior to the tenants moving in had  black paths around where I guess the beds were, the carpeting has buckled in areas from the heavy furniture that they had and its completely matted and no amount of steam cleaning will restore the carpeting.

Region of interest:I intend to explore markets and identify a specific target market somewhere between Boston and Cape Cod. 

Of course you black out all of the private info....

you could actually paint a black line where one unit ends and the next begins, then choose colors that look good together...light gray, dark gray, tan, brick, green, colonial blue, like bm historical colors or some other palette.
