Hi there, when my family and I travel, we simultaneously use that trip to look at potential investment properties.

I travel to the market spend a few days with them want to meet their crews and their family etc..

Good mixture of travelers for the hospital systems, university, state workers and employers like GM.

I am able to travel north into JC easily but towards Asheville and anywhere south is impossible as the bridges have all been washed away.

So we market to families and groups traveling for the bike trail.

I'm currently renting the house month to month to a traveling nurse who's supposed to stay through November.A water mitigation crew came in and tore out some drywall and dried everything out and then a sister company then came out and gave me a quote.

But you can easily find another 40-60 hours in your week if you really want to.When I started I have held a W2 job that required me to travel globally sometimes 2 weeks out of the month while buying properties and sometimes running 2-3 rehabs at the same time.
