A fellow investor told me that he was using a tactic recently whereby he has the buyer sign a quit claim deed at closing.

I know I have seen a ton of NCND’s in my dealings with Bulk REO and this sounds like a silly line from someone that does not know what they are speaking about in the Bulk REO arena or some type of scare tactic that would never be collectable.

Both can be successul with different tactics.

So none of this would have any effect until after an accepted contract.Lets not say that Realtors LIE, lets say they use tactics, or strategy, manuvers of the mind!

Has anyone here has success or heard of success from others who keeping bank from attempting to foreclose on their home using this tactic.....asking banks to provide original notes?
