Currently I am living in Australia and I will be returning for a few months in July before moving off to the UK.

We're wondering what challenges we may face, and if it's worth while to set up and purchase through an LLCI work as a real estate agent in Australia and have a good understanding of the process and tax implications here, but don't know where to begin to find the answers we need for usa. 

But the question is we are now in title to the house.. the person he stole it from is a defunct LLC out of Australia  ( when aussies were buying in mass 10 years ago or so).. they let the property go.

@Jesse Stein we just had  lengthly discussion with a potential client, who's an attorney from Australia, about why PMC's have termination fees.Let's keep it simple and assume a monthly management fee for a property is $100/month.
