My schedule is fairly open / flexible (some acting and restaurant work part time).Wife works full time.Have about 90K that we'd like to begin investing (real estate etc.)Our families live in Virginia.Wife is dual citizen in Colombia & U.S.I would like to make our money work harder and create passive income.

I show my projects to investors on paper napkins at a restaurant until I'm convinced they are interested and have the ability.

It's a great town, but I would say an older demographic, more money, more families, more owners/less renters.Manchester is a great option, especially for young professionals - lots to do, restaurants, bars, walking trails, easy access to Hartford and the suburban towns that host lots of farmers markets and outdoor activities. 

I just bought a property and it’s about half a mile from a giant development of huge corporate buildings, restaurants, apartments etc. has anyone dealt with leasing to a company for their traveling employees, or selling to one?

Maybe your favorite Sunday brunch restaurant is in Zainesville so you’d be ok going with the family every other week to have a nice meal and then take care of any things the tenants need.

I owned a restaurant at one point, and traded it for a single family home that i flipped. 

The city is growing, with lots of new restaurants, festivals, etc which provide great returns for vacation rentals.

Near several restaurants, banking and churches.

I have also been working part-time as a server in a restaurant to supplement my income.
