Hey, sometimes we turn into a blind alley.

Even in a blind bidding situation, I swear I feel like I have a better chance of winning if I agree to use the seller's agent.

But I think that's along the same lines as a blind squirrel finding a nut on occasion.

Get eductaed first, do not buy RE blindly which WILL be a mistake.

No wonder we are in a RE meltdown.Too many people are trying(& buying) that have NO money.Bad things happen guys.You need cash to smooth out the unexpected.2.I'm guessing 99% of the people here own NO RE.I have read only a few posters who i'm sure have real world experience3.Too many people jumping into RE blind.4.People who buy books,cd's,dvds & attend seminars are idiots.A few final thoughts...Bad things happen.You WILL buy a property with a HUGE unexpected problem.Plan for it.You will have a renter smear feces on the wall the day before eviction.You are the ENEMY in almost every tenants eyes.

As far as the cars that I owe I would loveeeeee to sell them but the value is less then I owe so im stuck there..as far as the credit cards I used them NOT to shop or anything but to make help me make payments..Im in such a bad situation that I feel blinded of all my options..Anyway thanks for all your help..hopefully I'll find ways in this forum to make money that will help me pay it off.
