@Kenneth Joseph Perfido If you’ve moved to a new state and plan to conduct business there, you generally have two options: register your existing LLC as a foreign LLC in the new state or form a new LLC in the new state.

You've only owned it six months, so you probably haven't dealt with vacancies, maintenance, or capex, but you should be setting money aside for those things.Your partnership agreement (if you have one) should address exit options.

So could start with some community banks in Cleveland since you are local.Residential loans for the most part are serviced by Fannie Freddy but commercial loans can be much more diverse with their products so having a few options has always helped me a ton.
