It's a fast market right now and others on BP have said  that particularly in the south and east coast it can take a couple of months for property transfers to record.  

I have a residential property on east side of Athens, Georgia and am looking for a property management company to help me manage. 

(Most of City of Atlanta is in Fulton County, but a lot of the East side is in Dekalb).
