Because my resources are limited, an all-purpose dressing is paramount.

Its easier to get things done if you dress and act like the person your trying to do business with.  

Also, the way one dresses or carries themselves tells a lot about their personality.Bottom line, just remember, this is a people business.  

"He and his wife came in here and were dressed poorly, fought during the meal, berated the staff, and were lousy tippers." 

Carport would double up as entertainment/grilling space and you could run a partial arbor across the front of the house to dress it up.  

Just dress well and talk like a professional.
