I'm just getting my feet wet and thought some networking would be good to do while I start to get things moving.

I am currently a renter and I am considering for my first investment to secure a FHA fixed loan to purchase a duplex and move into one of the units and rent out the other to get my feet wet.

Excepting the ADU, JADU, and wet bar rules. 

I'd recommend getting your feet wet with a local LTR first.

As long as they're handled by a vetted/approved program, electronic signatures are widely considered to be as good as "wet ink" signatures.
