If you spread too far then it gets counter productive because you have numerous PM's and too little local knowledge.Then I moved into my nicest and least profitable OS property and now manage them myself; they are all within an easy hour drive with virtually no traffic.You have a very long list of states and cities there you might try to narrow it down.

My plan is to deepen my knowledge and making new friends, partners and over whole networking within the BP community, and OF COURSE giving back to the community in whatever way I can.My long-term goal is to be able to focus all my attention in USA Real Estate investments within the next 7 years.I invite all of you to reach out to me.

@Tony PortCouple of thingsThere are numerous options for self employed people where tax returns are not required.You will not get Fannie Mae rates or terms, but those loans close every day.
