I was originally looking to buy a Duplex in Dallas and house hack, but I've found the options for duplex's to be slim around these parts.  

Anything you buy in Tarranty count or Dallas county will be a little more expensive.

I'm a flipper of 15 years and finally decided to get my real estate license in Dallas. 

But I've lived in the Atlanta, Ga. area and would love to invest there as well.I currently work as a Commercial Driver and go to Dallas, Texas once a week.

The Dallas-Fort Worth area seems to have a nice variety of properties to invest in and housing seems to be relatively cheap too.

I am thinking of going in to realestate Dallas FW area and have $160k to invest how would I go about starting I have q full time job on the side and not looking to leave it any time soon.
