I may use a property management company", maybe it should be more like "I will market my properties through local realtors, Craigslist, Zillow, Realtor.com, and other platforms to ensure a rapid turnaround.

He may be interested in the property location services as well since he is a licensed agent you will just have to chat with him to see.I have had good success with Randy Rhew as a Dallas agent and Jason Otts in the Dallas OneProp office for property management.
