I have the issue of a high mortgage and taxes and insurance.

The rental house is 9BR and about $850k so hoping it would benefit us with W2 tax.

I know that the property taxes are some of the highest in montgomery county and that this is not a desired characteristic of a market that is supposed to be good to invest in. 

Hello guys,I keep hearing that as a real estate investor you get tax deduction, depreciation asser, and no one tax you on debt.

Which is about 3 months of rent but i can deduct thay in my taxes against rent.Or are you guys using Heloc as I won't be able to deduct that from my rent is what I read.Also is there a better way to find lender with less fees for closing for cheap investment rentals.Currently I have 5 rental. 2 with personal home mortgage and 3 paid cash so no mortgages.

Does that have a positive or negative tax implication?

I will get all of these fixed prior to renting, not going to put anyone, including myself in a potential liability situation.
