Cabinet guy can sell for same price or less then normal cabinet so considering adding in units that have plenty of cabinet space.  

If done right, you can live for free/have positive cash flow essentially while renting out the other properties and even a room in your space. 

Wow, adding that much space is a huge ticket...I've added master bathrooms and bedrooms but never three rooms...Good Luck with that!
