You can hire individual companies to do the work if there is minimal work & permits.

We are looking for a company or individual who can not only prepare our taxes, but also be an adviser to guide us along the way.

Although the county isn't as real estate friendly as some (well, the ahem individuals that have been constantly suing the county) it's a phenomenal location.  

There's an adage in real estate that you should only buy a house if you plan on keeping it for at least 7 years (the real number depends on your individual market, but you get the idea). 

I have to pay almost $300 a quarter for my office and my individual fees, as opposed to $60 a quarter if I were with another broker.I've also heard that KW has a policy against its agents buying/selling their own property.

@Nicholas Hughley the LLC is a must, FCI (servicer) will not board a note for you as an individual.  

I was just wondering because I know of individuals who say that their REIA meetings are kind of a waste of time.

I would like to connect with other's from the BP COMMUNITY that either reside in the ABE area or Lehigh County and build a solid network that is focused on CRUSHING OUR INDIVIDUAL REAL ESTATE GOALS!  

I was told that the individual could not give me an estimate for specific areas in regards to utilities (electric, water, sewer, etc) because there are too many variable that go into it such as square footage, gas vs electric, etc. etc.
