I don't know what your expectation is, but I live in Cincinnati, which is typically considered a "cash flow market".  

BP is one of the largest real estate networks I know of, so I'm definitely hoping to connect with a few people who can help mentor and advise. 

Would this not turn off buyers agents who don't know how to articulate their value from working harder?

The only thing that might prompt me into more aggressive action would be if the municipality started issuing a fine each day that I know I would never be able to recover from the tenant and even then if the items had value to the tenants, I might still put them in a storage unit and charge the tenant back for that until the eviction was complete.
