There is two criteria if you need to calculate ATM:1) If have claimed or received any of the following:Tax-exempt interest from private activity bonds.Intangible drilling, circulation, research, experimental, or mining costs.Amortization of pollution-control facilities or depletion.Income or (loss) from tax-shelter farm activities, passive activities, partnerships, S corporations, or activities for which you aren't at risk.

The majority of the course is on-line with a weekly 3 hour instructor lead class at their facility on Barnes Road.I passed my state exam on the first try. :-)Randy

Atlanta's growth (population growth, corporate growth, facility growth) to price ratio is like nowhere else in the country.

Amazon is investing 200million dollars in a business facility there.

Some developers are building assisted living type facilities because the rents per month can be much higher.

Huntsville is moving forward with young professionals and tech for sure but Birmingham is going to have larger marketing firms, banking, manufacturing and warehouse/storage facilities.

I'm looking forward to interacting with other investors and would like to start pursuing my first apartment complex or storage locker facility in the near future.

We have to fight the precedent and work to preserve our competitive position that we are a smoke free facility.  

@Tyron White - correct. 50% of the property's income (usually rent, sometimes laundry facilities or parking add to the income).So 50% of the monthly income pays for that month's expenses (taxes, insurance, utilities, etc).
