Tried several ways to remedy the mold as well as improve air quality.

My situation: I’m in the Air Force and bought a home with a conventional 30 yr loan at 3.25% APR.

People are are making money hand over fist on air bnbs, temporary housing for doctors and home sales to hospital professionals.

Oscar - I did 30 years between active duty and air guard.  

Yardi and Cozy both cater to landlords and smaller property managers. 

It doesn't include the fact that the occupied side needs a new HVAC in the attic (the tenants have window units in the house because the air won't blow cold), and the entire occupied side needs a full cosmetic update including 2 bathrooms and kitchen.

A real opportunity point I believe out there would be an Air-BNB type service for visiting military families, branded and marketed as such, focusing and facilitating to these things that matter.
