I'm 28 years old, married to my beautiful wife, Krissi and we just had our first child, a little girl, who is now 6 weeks old, Addison. 

I live in South Florida and my wife and I purchased a 2-story, 10 year old 4/3 SFH in 2016 ahead of our second child being born to give ourselves more space since we had been in a 2 bedroom townhouse.

We waited for over a week on one for the adult child executor to renegotiate terms with the new wife who was widowed as she threatened to sue the estate, stalling everything, unless they agreed to give her a higher percentage than she was left in the will. 

@Jonathan Child, I just closed on a property in the Huntsville area, and @Caroline Davis of New South Realtors, Huntsville, got max rent for me in about 2 weeks.  

It was our inaugural personal project but it was a difficult rehab that still ended with unlevel floors, 4” exterior walls with little insulation, bad original bones, and a huge toll on our time and energy (I gave birth to our first child during the drywall phase).

My law firm actually specializes in asset protection and we typically recommend a Series LLC - which involves a "Parent LLC" and multiple "Children LLC" - each of which have their own property, shielded from the liability of the other "Child" LLCs.

I guess I am just looking at it as I know one day I can use that as my summer place down the line, and also give it to my child, eventually.

No more unfair advantages because a foreign manufacturer is free to pollute or use child/slave labor. 

I too have an utter loathing and hatred for bed bugs, having been eaten up by them before and then having an allergic reaction to them.

Not all sellers are motivated.You have plenty of sellers that think that because their first born child is born in their living room their house suddenly is worth 40K over market price!
