Just saw this article and thought I would share with the community.

I came across an article involving the website and I gained so much knowledge in such little time and wanted to become more involved in the community of "BiggerPockets, Inc." 

I would suggest taking a look at the BP Blog as well as some of the webinars and resources under the Education Tab up top, there is a ton of great information on here.
