There are quite many Accounting apps to choose from.For me, online database (keep track of expenses from anywhere with phone/laptop/assistants) and receipt scanning through phone are the 2 most important features.

If not, that's already a violation of the lease, but you'd have to let him actually move her in to be in violation.Best bet, give him his broker fee back and tell him you changed your mind.

I imagine most buyers do find their house online, but probably an MLS listed house that shows up on all of the search engine.If you aren't in a hurry to sell, give Zillow a couple weeks/month and seen what happens.
