At this point its hard to project out with out there being some kind of slowdown so I'd be careful not to put all your eggs in one basket. yeah, I've been saying since last year that it scares me that everyone is a "syndicator" nowmuch like before the tech crash, your taxi driver or shoeshine guy would give out stock tips

Many factors that affect real estate investing are about to take place end of this year so my personal plan is mad savings and studying until we can get a grasp on the market and new tax bills in place. 

In the past I had a prospective tenant fill out an application that included drivers license, ss number, and the usual info.

Consequently, I don't know that immediate cash-flow would be my primary driver in that market.  

If they like the look of the space they want, they call my brokerage assistant back & she asks them to text over their driver's license.

So at the time the big building booms wereFLA GA Central CA AZ NV  so those areas everything got affected.. in areas that don't depend on new construction as much as a driver for the local economy things kind of perked right along.. during the bad years 07 through 2010 I suspect rents in the better markets were probably pretty neutral I know Oregon was. 

Monday night, Tues, Wed, Thu nights (that's 4), and Friday you drive back home.For professions like long haul truck drivers, the general understanding is that nights spent with the head on a pillow at "work" (ie, in the truck, in a motel) do not count towards the >50% test.

My guess is the stomping post - text was a kid mad at being reprimanded. hopefully it resolves the issue.
