LOL, seriously, that's their name for real. they provided me with a toll free number, however i got my own in case i wanted to move to another service. they're 24.7 and while with them they were good. i used to test them periodically to see how long it took them to pick up, how courteous they were, and if they followed the script. my bill would avg. 50-75/mo depending on minutes used.there are tons of answering services out there, it's just a matter of finding one that fits your preferences.

I could however as you say ,put effort in taking a test rather than boasting a guru, but that's not a viable option for most people and for me.

Your testing shows the problem is almost certainly in the drain line, and likely right in this drain fitting or the trap.

I would agree that the number of new claims are down but what about all the test where that benefit had expired and they are still unemployed?
