Consider those other 3 benefits that Rick listed above and also consider: 1) Paying less than you would renting2) Hands on investing education3) Preparation for your second property, and your third property etc.

If I am skimming commercial listings I am typically looking for property/projects that are listed 1.5 - 2 points above whatever the rate will be on my lending terms.

I'm curious if the income from these rentals, listed on Schedule E, will be factored into my Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratio.

i was hoping to be added to a couple wholesaler lists for multifamily properties.

The owner is (or should be) named as the landlord on the lease, with the PM listed as agent for the owner.  

what I'm not sure of yet is how the bill will impact the double close strategy if you're not licensed. in any case if there are any investors (experienced) who are interested in being on my buyers list let me know!

I just ask them to let me list deals on the back end when they do end up selling.
