The platform is an excellent resource to gain klnowledge within the forums and podcasts that are avaialble on a 24x7 basis.

I am willing to gamble in my market that houses will be worth more in the future than they are right now (purely speculator investing!).

I am overly and thoroughly appreciative of all the forums, podcasts, and Bigger Pockets in general for providing such an amazing platform for newbies and the more seasoned who share the same passion.As I am only 25, with no disposable funds or substantial credit history I'm really interested in learning about creative ways to dive into real estate.

There is also raw land down in the racetrack area, but that really is gambling.

The included web portal is actually pretty usable if you don't already have a separate website.All of the big cloud based options give you a week or more of free time to test their platforms.

May just have to gamble or if that is too stressful, go back to the laminate flooring (cardboard plan) .

I bought a few as a highly speculative investment/gamble with some extra cash I had, and has been a wild ride.
