@Tyron White - correct. 50% of the property's income (usually rent, sometimes laundry facilities or parking add to the income).So 50% of the monthly income pays for that month's expenses (taxes, insurance, utilities, etc).

While it certainly is true Board Members are unpaid, in most, if not all states where condo/HOA's are located, there is a provision in the law that allows the Association to pay for Board Members to attend seminars, classes, and other events related to the business of operating the Association and/or facilities.

private HML have every right to make their own decisions on what they will do.. they are not govmit backed loan products this is Sean's money or his investors money or his bank credit facilities.. so they have every right to be picky ..
