I'll be glad to listen to your excuses, heck you can cry on my shoulder, but you can count on the eviction ball rolling on the 5th. 

Just because you can is no excuse to do something, the method needs to bring you to the easiest conclusion to ownership or profiting from your operations.

The living room is a decent size, but I think having that bonus area makes the most sense & I've been looking for an excuse to build a bar :) @Rocky Vasquez one of the big selling features for us was that there is a house being actively remodeled on one side that looks to be pretty high end and the other neighbor has beautiful landscaping.

If someone does not pay their rent, you kick them out, no excuses - and as fast as possible.

There are a ton of consumers out there looking for any excuse to pay less and if you are a landlord or businessman you hear all the excuses all the time.So, how would one adequately prove a hardship to you so that you would renegotiate or void a binding contract?

Not that it's any excuse, but as a young guy with very few expenses I haven't felt the impetus to keep track of my personal finances in any way other than the resources provided through my online banking.
