I did not have the park manager define "rental" but I assume it is conventional and not lease option or "rent to own" - I also need to confirm this.In the Texas MH investing community, is the preference to owner finance or lease option?

To define a war zone I think is in the eye of the beholder, trash is trash, dumps are dumps and anyplace where residential units are located that any reasonable person would not want to live in probably qusalifies.These areas too have many other problems.
