- Can finance a mobile or manufactured home- Can finance to an LLC- Can use land as down payment for the home

So my question is I am looking into a manufactured home for a flip everything is great about the house location, veiw, and neighborhood.

It is a 2 bed 1 bath manufactured home.

My husband currently works in food manufacturing, and he thought a rental could help lower our tax bracket.

@Akshay Johar You might could find some condos or attached homes or manufactured homes in that price range in those areas, but the good pickens are slim to gone.  

So I am thinking if I can put on a used mobile/manufactured home on the lot because it should be much cheaper.

My parents spent nearly all of their savings on the down-payment of this house and my Dad was running a small manufacturing business that had more down years than up.Now on to the situation...My Dad retired a few years ago, but due to a few tough years for his company he will need to sell his house in 1 year in order to live comfortably for the remainder of his retirement.

Our employment analysis for the area is strong with a large percentage of jobs in government, trade-transport-utilities, manufacturing, and information. 4) He does predict a decrease in overall sales but not a decrease in price. 5) He predicts the interest rates will stay low.What do you all think? 

It has a few manufacturing facilities and a college but overall it seems like not a lot is happening there and it is fairly depressing.

@Kyle Craig We remodeled a manufactured home in La Pine, and did very well with it.
