And adding a clause subject too tenant providing new mailing address and employment location so incase they don't pay I have the judgement already but it's no good unless personally served so I would need accurate location of tenant which if they provide in court in front of judge should be accurate and upheld.

I was just hoping that there would be some creative way to get the property out from underneath the SDIRA w/o having to sell it to someone else (refi, assignment, subject to, lease purchase, anything) so I could start growing a portfolio that not only helps my retirement, but also helps me in the here & now.
