Wichita as I'd gotten older always seemed to me that  you had to be in the GOOD OLE BOY network to get anywhere - you still kind of need that but the players are changing and I believe that the new players will want the change with the riverfront.

Mostly, all of the P&S agreements are boiler plate contracts or agreements, from the/a Multiple Listing Association or from the Commercial Brokers Association, being that I am a member of both and they are all written by ATTORNEY'S.However, with that above said, I have reached out to several RE Attorney's with specialties in contracts, commercial development, residential development, multi-unit listing and sales, low level, mid-level and high-rise buildings as well as the most litigious area, LAND purchase.I have always run my P&S agreements through the Niche/specialist attorney's I feel most capable of writing addenda for that specific issue.
