Have you ever heard of a Landlord being sued by a Tenant and losing property?

When there is a recession people lose jobs and are historically very scared to buy.

Am I willing to lose these people as my friends if/when a deal goes south? 

After losing my son and his mom, I realized that my time with him was cut even shorter because I had to spend most of my time at a job that I didn't even like.

Hopefully you don't have that problem. 

It is my opinion that sponsorship groups that are struggling right now, but believe bringing pm in-house, are going to be in for a surprise when it doesn't solve all of the issues that they had hoped.

I need to make my first move so as to avoid analysis paralysis but I don't know how to go about it.I hope to meet a mentor(s) who can help me with my vision to own numerous single and multi family rentals to create cash flow, financial freedom, and a legacy for my family.

Submit every signature of theirs you have with a copy of their ID and you still may lose.

If anyone has any input or advice on whether to invest now versus waiting on the market to hopefully cool off, I would greatly appreciate it.thanks!
