I fix things, do upgrades and do my best to bring new tenants into the building who will follow the rules and not cause disruption to the other tenants.We've all noticed recently the media (in general as well as social media) seems to enjoy giving attention to the bad landlords (mainly the harsh letters some landlords are mailing to tenants) and that certainly isn't productive however the media/social media often tends to enjoy broadcasting negativity.

I get it - government offices are closed and that causes delays (despite some government employees working from home - my dad's dealing with that nonsense now - people giving us damn fax numbers instead of phone numbers - ugh) though throwing a quarter-of-a-year extension out there is too extreme.

I have already been paying my private lender since August.The new buyers were all set to close on Tuesday and the lender asked for proof of employment from the buyers which is causing a problem since the wife is currently home unemployed due to the virus but will go back to work once day cares can start again.

Only thing they worn me about it the double fees for multi llcs, however WY fee is fairly cheap.As for the bank, am thinking that, the MA operating LLC being local wouldn't cause any issue with the bank.
