I have a friend (lives in HK) who recently purchased a condo in Thailand.

I pass by this house everyday and I know there was someone living there by the car parked outside.

Also, this property is adjacent to 2 other properties is in a trust with siblings. 2 siblings still live on property.

We live outside of Carthage, TX in a very rural setting.

I’m inheriting a tenant who has lived at the property for 24 years and never missed a payment.  

My partner and I are looking at a 10+ bed assisted living facility that was originally a 3-4 unit property.

My tenants had been living at my property for almost 1 year (least end Aug 31).

Additionally, repair costs (if any),  all closing costs are covered by the buyer, and there is no commission!

I moved from abroad to USA 2 months ago (from Poland, originally I'm from Belarus) and now living in Miami, FL, having my greed card.I have no real estate background, my carrer abroad was focused on IT sales, such as software and hardware products & services.

This was a great home for us to live and work on while both of us work full time.
