I'm so tired of sitting in front of a computer and keep refreshing the web page.

We are finally tired of working every weekend so we've found a buyer who will purchase as is (not completed).of course, in last years taxes we had plenty of write-off for this rehab and wehave continued it into this year.our question is, since we will be selling the property for more than our purchase price, will we be liable for the capital gains tax on everything above our original purchase price or will we be able to deduct all the money we have put in?

We just got tired of the nickle and dime stuff with no promise of long term operation with the HVAC unit.

I know being a Realtor can be a busy, hectic 24 hr 7 day a week job with a lot of tire kickers and deals that fall thru...or never get off the ground but something HAS to change!

then nobody will do business with you..lesson learned, don't do refundable deposits anymore..this wil eliminate tire kickers and help you to concentrate on serious buyers only.

Once that step is done asking someone to partner with you is pretty legitimate given their opportunity to kick your tires.

I never get tired of reading this thread and I am always Anxious to read the latest thoughts I am about to renovate a basement next month And the flooring decision is next on the agendaI have had success with laminateBut if I can get a good price on allure I may just pull the trigger if for nothing else to compare outcomes And gauge impressions I will install next month if I go that route and will be sure to share my thoughts Thanks everyone for their comments

Yes, I was tired when posting.

Don't go in an be the person that is a time waster or tire kicker.  

I am kicking the tire with possibly purchasing 12 unit now but still need to work through more of the details on the project.
