@Frinee WarrenTypically if the sill is below a specific height you need to use tempered glass and limit the window to opening to no more than 4”I believe it’s 24” but could be wrong on thatWe have a window in our son’s room that is too low so it has tempered glass and limiter device

You can also buy sticker letters from auto stores and put them on your glass window.Print some fliers out and post them in groceries stores in the area.Get one of your We Buy Houses sign and hold it up infront of an entrance to a place that they have large gatherings.
