Hi Malgorzata, I looked up the government website and studied the regulations and Miami 21 zoning ordinance, and it appears that lodging is prohibited in all areas. if there is something that I am missing?

Other sales in the neighborhood that have been remodeled generally have granite, stainless steel appliances, and laminate flooring.We have Formica counters, which I'm really not willing to upgrade because the counters were new in 2006-2010 and there is a TON of counter space for a small house, which would make replacing it prohibitively expensive.

For a variety of reasons this is very intriguing and as the potential to solve some vacancy issues.However, as of Aug 2019 agency lenders have added specific language into their loan documents that STRICTLY PROHIBITS the practice of short term rentals including AirBNBs even if signing long term leases with 3rd party companies who use your apartment as short term rentals.
