In the RECF space it is mostly hands off for the investor and the day to day involvement of the project is done by the operator. 

All joking aside, I'm very much looking forward to becoming more involved in the BP Community and very thankful to all the people who have created and built this wonderful space for all us newbies.

Unless the house is being designed with a more modern or loft-type feel, I would just go with a standard wood railing. 

I have done a few transactions like that personally in both the residential space but primarily in the self storage space.

In addition, the combination of warehouse space and the office space has to fit with the tenant.  

Currently obtaining permitting to develop a portion of my 3 acre commercial property into a 14-space park model RV park.  

Im going to be renting out some space in my VA approved home getting about $1,000 will that help at all with getting more mortgages for properties? 

@Chris Masons Thank you for your welcome.I see you're based out of Union, I actually lived the first few years of my life in Union.Sounds like you've seen and done a lot in the multifamily space.

I guess the finishes are almost top of the line or something. for row houses, finishes tend to be on lower to mid end or it will defeat the purpose of the row house, i mean, if you put sealed hardwood on a row house, it wouldn't make sense spending too much when arv caps it as a row house. just my thoughts.Most of the row homes in Baltimore are 100+ years old, and the ones being purchased by investors in nicer areas are being turned into higher-end living spaces. 

Oncor put a tall tower for electricity on a corner of my parking lot (cost 2 spaces for parking).
