It appears this finance person becomes more important when taking a more strategic role with the company, and not necessarily just the debits and credits.

Hey @Jonathan Tavarez, check the Court in which your landlords can file for evictions, since there may be more than one.For example, here in Cobb County, Georgia, you can file for eviction (called a "dispossessory" here) in Magistrate Court or State Court or Superior Court.

Are you considering going to court or just hoping to send some strongly worded letters?

You have to find cheaper property with same rent or more rent for same price range.The interest rate appears reasonable.

The lighter color paint will make the rooms appear bigger too.

Your biggest mistake appears to be holding the unit off the market while they sign the contract and get you the paperwork.
