There is a learning curve that comes with the pool.

The value add will include TI's and renting out the 50% of the square feet that is vacant.The hangup is that in a TIC structure we have learned that every person must bring money into the deal to achieve an equitable split.

I attended seminars, joined meetup groups, and regularly invited local professionals for coffee to learn from their experiences.

And I just purchased a mobile home in one of my friend's parks that is my first rehab project and I'm learning soooooo much and having a blast doing it!

Most important thing to me is learning about real estate and how to build wealth through real estate

I am thrilled to connect with the BP community and learn from others.
