They know how to organize and push around blocks of data but don't know how to interpret or use the data.

On the other hand, if you really put time into creating a profile that sells you, your company, ideas, thoughts, etc - you'll get traffic, endorsements, messages, recommendations, and most importantly, opportunities!

As people also trend towards organic I find that more goes into the fridge, and less into the freezer, meaning have a fridge space that spans top to bottom is less-practical than a fridge that is located fully on the upper half, and a less-used freezer that people need to bend down for. 

I'm looking to pick up a paint brush or roller as little as possible here.I have an organic respirator and some good goggles, but is there anything else I should consider so I don't become another "Tim Allen" statistic?

If your company is organized as an LLC or an s-corporation, then any income earned just passes through to the owners of the LLC anyway.

Oftentimes, new players into a particular market will either have to parachute into a sub-market/brokerage community and aggressively buy a deal to get everyone's attention OR organically take the time to insert themselves into the community and develop relationships.  

If you're doing this full time now and are all organized and stuff how did you start out presenting yourself professionally in this arena?  

If the margins are so thin that you can't afford a plan ticket and two nights in a hotel to look at your investments, then I suggest you consider selling. agreed KC is an easy city to traverse time wise its not like trying to drive around the bay area during heavy traffic times.
