By the time I get down to a candidate I like, I've already run extensive checks on her/him, verified their income, and the forty bucks for the check is just smart money spent.I also think a large part of it is being in the affordable-rentals sector of the business.

Because you have more money than others  to bid and freeze now - you won, but rest of funds you can claim back later.

I know BP trys to Vet lenders as much as possible .. so weed out fake lenders who just steal DD money.. other than that I dont personally know.. but I suspect BP relys on feed back from members
