I'm fairly certain the gas company will require a pressure test and the electric company will require an inspection before turning he power back on after being off so long.

My marketing strategy is whatever I am testing and tracking I want it to produce 4 to 1 results at least.

. :-) If you are considering the change due to service quality then all I can say is try to talk to the service provider and see if they have a 30 day cancellation policy before you commit to a contract so that you have a chance to test the quality of it before being stuck for 2 years.

This has me very nervous as I don't want to get in any trouble nor do I want this to break the bank....The results mention that a few of the locations that tested positive for lead are around the windows and doors in the porch.

If you have a ton of units you can do tests etc but the rental demand changes from month to month in almost every market.

I have both products in my personal house and a 130 pound dog that runs around like a puppy so have a fairly good test subject. 

So going to give them a test this month to see how their customer service and payment program works. 

He is well aware that he is really failing in managing the test money I've invested with him.
