Hi there - wondering if anyone has a contact for a contractor that specializes in air pressurized walls / temp walls for some potential conversion opportunities in LA and Orange County?

Roofs, furnaces, air conditioners are big dollar numbers.  

FYI- Surprisingly in Texas, air conditioning is not considered a health or safety issue

We currently live in Italy because my wife is active duty air force.

The open air pavilion would look out over the lake and the biergarten would serve as the reception space when weddings are booked.
