Next, fear is being marketed at a level that put's x-mas marketing to shame, it's really over the top, this speaks to the opinion-4-profit racket better known as youtube, blogs etc. 

There is a lot of youtube videos "how to" so it is easy to learn.

I have read a few Brandon Turner books and constantly listen to BP podcasts and YouTube but to use my time as wisely as possible during pre licensing, I think it would be wise for me to find an agent to shadow in my area, or offer to work for them for free for a period of time in exchange for some guidance/showing me the ropes of becoming a successful agent.

In general, what should I be reading, listening to, or subscribed to watch on Youtube so that I am armed with comprehensive multifamily knowledge, and plenty to speak about when an owner needs to be persuaded to sell at a better price?  

I highly recommend the bp podcasts and youtube.

So far have watched videos on YouTube and am starting my investment journey.

Besides that I recommend watching Meet Kevin and Phil Pustejovsky, both have very educational Youtube channels.

I've been listening to podcasts, youtube videos, reading blogs and talking to random people ad nauseam but don't feel like I'm getting any more clear insights.
