So far I just check a weekly report from my provider and it's been a real time saver. 

I had a management company when I first bought the property.

I assume we would use a title company.

Our company routinely sets up 1031 exchanges on 24 hours' notice or less (it's not ideal, but it happens!).

After some research I've found some concerning reviews for the 'group' behind this company - the Aaron Organization.
